The Franklin Farm is a certified organic family farm located in the southern Vermont town of Guilford.
We install spouts to collect sap from trees.
The sap goes down tubes and connects to the main line.
The sap gets transported to the sugarhouse.
Sap gets bolied into maple syrup.
We make sure our maple syrup is perfect by checking its thickness.
We make sure it is up to standard by testing its density.
We filter out remains of sap.
At last maple syrup is made!
We then sell it at the farm store or online.
